Made in Iceland critiques the globalization of material goods being Made in China. I came across a lopapeysa - a sweater very known to the Icelandic culture that is often handmade. The sweater in questioned was made in China and I thought it would be interesting to recreate Chinese relics in Iceland with 100% Icelandic wool and plant dyes native to Iceland.
